i sincerely appreciated the cleanliness throughout the premises. the variety of food offered at each meal was excellent. the hotel staff proved helpful and amicable . i found the green areas of the hotel to be well maintained.

the gym equipment showed some signs of wear and could use an upgrade.

The main dining area features several themed food stations, allowing guests to sample diverse cuisines. a dedicated dessert section offers many pastries, cakes, and ice cream. The presentation was very refined. seating is plentiful both indoors and outdoors.

The villa was spacious and very clean it included steps down to a pool shared with other villas. Our villa access included our own private beach section. This area also featured its own beach restaurant. We benefited from our own pool and a dedicated evening restaurant.

Check-in was easy YET nothing was available to eat. I arrived at 10 pm but was told to wait until breakfast i was annoyed. Three men walked into the ladies changing room. This happened while i was naked i felt vulnerable.

the food ARE very delicious. managers staffs are amazing i WILL be back next summer. zulfiksr frim guest relation is always ready to help. i WILL be here my next holiday

the rooms aren't as clean i found thick dust on ALL the skirting boards. our plug DIDN'T work in the bath. our toilet was cleaned properly, the maid didn't list the toilet seat up when she cleaned it
